Job Description

    Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (End-to-End Recruitment)

    Location: Bangalore
    Department: Human Resources
    Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager


    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, source top talent, and provide a seamless candidate experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment Planning & Strategy

    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

    • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

    • Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

    2. Sourcing & Screening

    • Post job advertisements across appropriate platforms.

    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

    • Use tools like ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage and track candidates.

    3. Interview Management

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

    • Coach hiring teams on interview best practices and ensure consistency in evaluation.

    4. Offer & Onboarding

    • Manage the offer negotiation and extend offers to selected candidates.

    • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with HR and relevant departments.

    • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal employment requirements.

    5. Reporting & Process Improvement

    • Track and report key recruitment metrics .

    • Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Experience with ATS platforms  and sourcing tools.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Note : Freshers Are Welcome
