Associate Technical Project Manager @ Airtel

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong technical project management expertise and proven problem-solving and analytical abilities to join our high-performing Airtel Technology Team. This role demands hands-on experience in managing cross functional technical programs. You will play a key role in ensuring successful program delivery across multiple B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Project across technical PODs
• Execute scrum of scrum
• Documentation of the Flows
• Identify Early Risks & prepare mitigation plan

Must-Have Skills:

1. Excellent Program Management skill

2. Advanced knowledge of JIRA and Agile practices

3. Collaboration amongst different stake holders

4. Ensure Execution Excellence

5. Display Ownership mindset

6. Prior experience of working at TPM/Scrum master on complex IT programs where the must have skills are demonstrated

Good to Have:

1. Prior Telecom knowledge
