Dashboard & Report Development

Develop, manage, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations.

Optimize performance and usability of reports for end users.

Data Modeling & Integration

Create and manage data models using DAX and Power Query.

Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to ensure data readiness.

Provide training and support to Power BI users across the organization.

Governance & Best Practices

Establish and enforce Power BI development standards and governance policies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Power BI development and architecture.

Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelors or Masterdegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
