Senior QA Test Engineer @ Valuelabs

Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Senior QA Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans and automation scripts for various software applications. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As a key member of the QA team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and tools.

**Requirements:**

1. **Education:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. **Experience:**

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing.

- Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.

- Proficiency in C# and experience with Selenium WebDriver and SpecFlow.

3. **Skills:**

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Expertise in API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, and REST Assured.

- Proficient in writing and executing BDD scenarios using Gherkin and SpecFlow.

- Knowledge of SQL for database testing.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD pipelines.
