Job Description

The Marketing Analytics & Insights team equips aspiring professionals to decode customer behavior and drive campaign success using data-driven strategies powered by Excel and statistical models.
In this role, we seek self-starters with an analytical mindset, a curiosity for marketing data, and a passion for turning trends into tactics. You'll work on real marketing problemsoptimizing ad spends, segmenting audiences, and predicting campaign performancewhile building a robust portfolio showcasing your marketing analytics acumen.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work on real-world marketing case studies using Excel and analytical techniques such as:

  • Customer Segmentation using Cluster & Factor Analysis
  • Campaign Performance Prediction via Logistic & Multiple Linear Regression
  • Sales Forecasting with Time Series Models
  • Consumer Preference Modelling through Conjoint Analysis
  • Perform ROI analysis for marketing campaigns using sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulation.
  • Build interactive dashboards to visualize campaign metrics, sales funnels, and marketing KPIs.
  • Apply predictive models to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Summarize marketing data insights into clean, actionable reports and dashboard narratives.
  • Translate complex marketing data into compelling insights that support branding and performance strategies.
  • Continuously refine outputs through regular feedback and evaluation cycles.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Background in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields (pursuing or recent).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of marketing metrics and statistics.
  • Eagerness to explore topics like marketing attribution, forecasting, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to clearly communicate data-driven stories that influence marketing decisions.
  • Self-discipline to manage multiple marketing analytics projects in a remote-first, flexible setting.
