Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Mobility Sales Lead to manage and grow sales operations across both urban and rural territories. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distribution channels, and developing market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory (Urban & Rural)
Manage various distribution channels Direct, Indirect, and Alternate
Plan and drive product-wise and town-wise growth
Develop and expand channels in new and existing markets
Boost device, activation, and recharge business through distributors
Manage key retail outlets, including modern trade stores
Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
Monitor performance and provide training to team members and channel partners
