Sr Process Engineer @ One top Recruitment

Job Description

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for various key aspects within the engineering domain. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, along with 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, you will play a vital role in the following primary responsibilities: - Conducting Feasibility and Conceptual Design Studies to assess project viability. - Engaging in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design Engineering processes. - Developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). - Performing Process Steady State and Dynamic Simulation Studies utilizing tools such as ASPEN Hysys, AFT Fathom, Arrow, Impulse, and Pipenet. - Executing Heat and Mass Balance calculations for the systems. - Conducting Single / Two Phase Pressure Drop Calculations in pipes. - Sizing of Equipment, Control valves, and Pressure Safety Valves (PSV) / Relief Devices. - Analyzing Pump Hydraulics and Utility Network for efficient operations. - Creating process datasheets for various equipments and instruments. - Carrying out Surge Calculations & Analysis, Depressurization Studies, and Venting Calculations for Atmospheric Storage Tanks. - Estimating Heat Gain and Loss, and crafting Emergency Shutdown (ESD) & Control Philosophy documents. - Preparing Enquiries for Special Studies such as Dispersion Analysis, Safety Integrity Level (SIL), HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), HAZID (Hazard Identification), and Fire Protection Philosophy. - Compiling HAZOP Preparation Package and outlining Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Procedures. Your role as a Senior Process Engineer will be critical in ensuring the smooth execution and success of various engineering projects.,
