Job Description

    The mission of AI Business Solutions - Biz Process is to help customers digitally transform their businesses, driving new revenue sources, enhancing customer service, and improving business efficiency. The India and South Asia Business Applications Solutions team is looking for a skilled AI Business Solution Engineer specializing in Customer Engagement/Experience and Customer Service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Sales, Service management, Marketing automation technologies, and CRM presales. As an AI Business Solution Engineer - Sales & Service, you will leverage your technical expertise to assist Microsoft customers in evaluating CRM solutions effectively. This role offers the opportunity to accelerate your career growth, enhance your business acumen, refine your selling skills, and become proficient in deal structuring. The role may involve up to 40% travel. In this position, you will act as the pre-sales consultant for your assigned workload, collaborating with Solution Specialists, Customer Success Unit, partners, and engineering teams. You will play a key role in advancing the sales pipeline by qualifying deals, developing strategies, and engaging with decision-makers. Your responsibilities include designing/architecting solutions, delivering industry-aligned demonstrations, engaging partners for co-selling, and supporting the Solution Specialist in finalizing proposals. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Additional qualifications include expertise in cloud and hybrid infrastructures, experience with Enterprise Customer Engagement platforms like Salesforce, and a strong track record in solution pre-sales and competitive displacement. Your responsibilities will involve demonstrating solution capabilities, engaging with the account team, delivering customer-centric demonstrations, addressing solution architecture considerations, and collaborating with partners and Customer Success to align on deployment plans. You will also lead discovery sessions, build strategic win plans, and support the development of compete strategies for customers. Furthermore, you will stay updated on industry trends, engage in partner sell-with scenarios, and contribute to strategy development based on Microsoft's capabilities. Your role will also involve creating and delivering presentations, proof-of-concepts, and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) tailored to client needs. In addition to technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
