Job Description
- You will be joining a global leader in their industry, where you will be a key part of the tax group. Working in a fast-paced environment as a member of the tax Operations/Reporting group, your role will be crucial in maintaining the company's Best in Class status in terms of the quality and efficiency of their income tax provision and compliance processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing income tax provisions under ASC740 and ensuring the accuracy of tax-related financial information for SEC filings such as Forms 10-K and 10-Q. You will also be responsible for reviewing and validating Deferred tax assets and liabilities, analyzing the primary drivers of the company's effective tax rate, and collaborating with teams to ensure accurate reporting of M&A transactions. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA certification strongly preferred. You should have at least 5 years of professional tax experience, with well-developed technical skills within ASC 740 for large multinational companies. Experience in developing, preparing, or reviewing financial models will be beneficial, along with a mindset for process improvement and optimization. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this position.,
