Job Description
- You will be responsible for deploying the release of new technologies, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and testing PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. Your duties will include troubleshooting problems reported by users, supporting Web access and electronic messaging services, and maintaining a secure systems environment. You will provide infrastructure solutions based on application needs and anticipated growth, install new servers, and maintain the infrastructure. Collaborating with clients and technical colleagues across all functional areas will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems. You are expected to have enhanced knowledge of production monitoring and the ability to support one or more systems or applications of low to medium complexity with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility.
