Job Description
- As a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant, your role will involve various key responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of PeopleSoft HCM modules. You will be responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, where you will document functional specifications and business process flows to align with organizational objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in system configuration and customization tasks such as customizing workflows, approval processes, and reports to support business processes. You will also work on seamless integration with other PeopleSoft HCM modules and third-party systems to ensure efficient operations. Testing and validation will be a crucial part of your role, where you will develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the system meets the required standards. Moreover, you will provide training and post-implementation support to users, optimize configurations, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams. Furthermore, you will focus on process optimization and compliance by staying updated on PeopleSoft updates, recommending enhancements, and providing insights through data analysis for decision-making and audits. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2, a proven track record of full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or support projects, and familiarity with PeopleTools. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also essential.
