Job Description
- We are seeking a QA Tester to evaluate software quality through both manual and automated testing processes. Your primary responsibility will involve identifying and reporting bugs and glitches to ensure the optimal performance of our products, applications, and systems. Your role demands a sharp attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in executing test cases and a genuine dedication to maintaining high quality standards are highly valued qualities in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Thoroughly review and analyze system specifications - Collaborate with business analysts to devise effective strategies and test plans - Execute test cases, whether manual or automated, and meticulously analyze outcomes - Assess product functionality in alignment with specified requirements - Maintain detailed logs documenting testing phases and any identified defects - Report bugs and errors to development teams promptly and clearly - Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise - Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle - Report and document technical issues effectively Key Skills Required: - Basic understanding of trading concepts is advantageous - Strong self-learning ability and quick adaptability - Proficiency in project management and QA methodologies - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors proficiently - Knowledge of test management tools (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL database - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional attention to detail - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities - Effective organizational skills Qualifications: - BSc/BE in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Experience: - Freshers to 1 year of experience in software testing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Schedule: - Day shift Experience: - Total work experience of 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
