Job Role : Pre Sales Executive - Real Estate
Location : Marathahalli , Bangalore
Salary - 22k For freshers & Up to 35k To experiences
Job Description:
This is a voice process role involving auto-dialing to customers who have shown interest in properties.
Once the call is connected, the candidate will provide a brief overview of the project and address the customer's specific requirements.
Key Details:
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Understand and closely analyse the customer's requirements.
2. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager.
3. Follow-up with customers, regular follow-up & achieving high conversions.
4. Coordinating with sales team for site visits and updating & maintaining reports in excel.
5. Responsible for the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits.
6. Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls.
7. Leads Generated through various marketing activities and providing them necessary project details over email or WhatsApp.
8. Pitching unique features of the project/product to potential customers.
9. Resolve all project-related inquiries and ensure cent percent customer satisfaction.
10. Expanding outreach to customers by successfully executing cross-selling initiatives.
Language fluency required.
(English mandatory along with one regional language) ( Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati)
