Job Description

    Main Roles:

    • Handle inbound/outbound calls for technical issues

    • Provide troubleshooting support for internet connectivity, software, system settings, email setup, etc.

    • Guide customers through technical procedures and configurations

    • Document technical issues and resolutions using CRM tools

    • Escalate unresolved cases to higher technical teams

    • Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
