Writing Responsibilities:
Research and write documents such as user manuals, release notes, training manuals, technical notes, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and online help.
Create, proofread, and edit documentation to ensure consistency of language and style, as well as the correct application of templates.
Work with development teams, SME s, product managers and the business centers to develop, write and maintain end user/system administration documentation.
Keep all assigned documentation components up-to-date with the development of their respective products, while meeting high quality standards.
Coordinate and collaborate with development, testing, marketing, professional services, and related groups through the product-lifecycle process to collect information, meet requirements, and document.
Professionally and consistently self-edit own work and assist in editing the work of other team members when necessary.
Meet requirements for speed, deadlines, and methodology.
Requirements:
6-9 years of experience as a Technical Writer with a diploma/certification course in Technical Writing.
Experience with authoring tools like FrameMaker, RoboHelp, along with advanced MS Office Suite skills.
Experience with solving communication problems for conceptually complex products.
Knowledge of agile methodology, confluence and Jira.
