Responsibilities

• Manage the team and prioritize deliverables based on business objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, content marketing)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, account management, HR, Finance, creative, content) to plan and execute marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.
• Create compelling campaigns to engage with target audience and improve brand recall via social media.
• Plan and execute global customer events.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams globally to develop and manage talent branding campaigns.
• Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to promote the company as a great place to work and attract top talent.
• Manage participation in industry awards & rankings.
• Manage and maintain corporate content on the company's website, social media channels and corporate collaterals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Essential Skills

• Masters degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualification

• Masters degree in Marketing or related field
