About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a high-energy and results-driven MMCEO Sales for our Patna region. This is a field leadership role where youll be responsible for driving offline sales, managing B2B partnerships, and ensuring business success in the India market. If you're passionate about numbers, people, and impact this is your opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional sales execution and planning
  • Drive business volume through strategic partner acquisition
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of on-roll members
  • Optimize sales funnel and improve productivity KPIs
  • Conduct regular market visits and track ground performance
  • Provide critical feedback on pricing, competition, and market dynamics
  • Ensure high revenue realization and client satisfaction

What You Bring:

  • 510 years of experience in sales/BD roles (preferably B2B or hospitality/travel)
  • Minimum 23 years in a people management role
  • Strong analytical mindset with goal-driven execution
  • Excellent stakeholder handling and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for growth
  • Strong local market knowledge is a plus
