Role: Senior Sales Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:
Experience with the elicitation of business requirements, leading communication with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing problem statements, and drawing up solutions for possible implementation
Serve as a techno-functional expert in the HCLS vertical (Provider, Payer, or Life Sciences), engaging in strategic client conversations and deal pursuits with Sales leader and Account manager.
Own or support the development of RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and SOWs, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with GTM, delivery, and technical teams to shape tailored solution architectures and business cases.
Represent the sales engineering function in pre-sales, demos, POCs, and client workshops.
Create high-quality Google Slides-based sales decks, case studies, and customer-specific presentations.
Support marketing stakeholders with sales enablement materials, campaign messaging, and account-based content.
Actively contribute to internal knowledge repositories, and capability decks to improve organizational readiness.
Comfortable working with Product Owners, TechnicalEngineers, and Sales teams in agile environments.
Be comfortable presenting to a variety of stakeholders (client - business, leadership, technical) and understand the personas for each, crafting messaging which is relevant to their roles and desired outcomes.
Maintain adherence to internal compliance, quality processes, and external HCLS industry regulations.
Must Have Skills:
2+ years of hands-on experience in working as a sales engineer/Business Analyst creating executive pitches for the Healthcare and life sciences domain.
Hands-on experience with presales
Knowledge of at least one HCLS vertical: Provider, Payer, or Life Sciences workflows, value chains, and regulations.
Demonstrated success in responding to RFPs and leading proposal creation from discovery to submission.
High ownership mindset, self-driven with strong attention to detail.
Curious and research-driven keeps up with industry trends, AI applications in HCLS, and market insights.
Google Workspace - Expert in Docs, Slides, Sheets for presentations, documentation, and collaboration.
Proficient in Google Slides with a keen eye for visual storytelling and structuring executive presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
