Role:
Youare team player, customer focused, self-motivated, responsible individual whocan work under pressure with a positive attitude. You will review, analyze andevaluate business systems and user needs. Document the requirements, definescope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall businessstrategies. Ideal candidates would be proactive, go getter and someonemotivated to look for ways to add value to job accomplishments.
Youhave excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are self-motivatedwith a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and demeanor, enthusiastic whenembracing new challenges, able to multi-task and prioritize (good timemanagement skills), willingness to learn new technology and adaptable andflexible when new tasks or projects are assigned. You should be able to workindependently with less or no supervision. You should be process oriented, havea methodical approach and demonstrate quality first approach.

Yearsof Exp: 3-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial services and Insurancedomain.
Whatyoull do
Leadingrequirement-gathering and digital transformation consulting sessions withclients
Drivingprocess analysis and documentation
Leadingongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Collaboratingclosely with development teams
Preparingsolution documentation, KPIs, and functional specifications
Collaboratingwith Presales and sales for proposal building and demos.
Buildingcase studies and use cases etc., in line with annual strategic and salesinitiatives.
Ensuringsolutions meet business needs and requirements.
Experiencein UAT testing.
Updating,implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizinginitiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Whatyoull bring
A bachelors degree in B. Tech or B. Tech andMBA (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Extremely organized with strongtime-management skills.
