Job Description

    You are a highly motivated Field Sales Executive who will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team. Your passion for sales, fieldwork experience, and strong understanding of IT services, including ERP systems, website development, and digital solutions, will drive the growth of our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to interact directly with potential clients, generating new business opportunities and expanding our market presence. Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential clients through market research and cold calling, as well as developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and field visits. You will conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to showcase and promote our IT services, understanding their needs and tailoring sales pitches to effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business will also be crucial. You will deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of our IT services. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns, as well as collaborate with the technical team to ensure the accurate delivery of services. Maintaining records of sales activities, client interactions, and the sales pipeline will be essential, along with preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management. Your strong knowledge of IT services, excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and presentation skills will be vital in this role. You must be self-motivated, proactive in sales, and have a strong desire to succeed. The ability to build and maintain client relationships, work independently, and manage your time effectively are key attributes for success. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA, BBA, or any graduate with an IT background. This position is open to both fresher candidates, with a salary range of 10000 to 15000, and will be full-time with a day shift schedule. The compensation package includes performance bonuses and quarterly bonuses.
