Key Responsibilities

• Engineer and support Windows 10/11 desktop environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
• Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft Intune for Windows device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Design, implement, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix Workspace environments, including image management and application delivery.
• Manage and optimize Windows 365 Cloud PCs, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of desktop and virtual environment tasks.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement Zero Trust and modern device management principles.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex Windows and virtualization issues and mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain documentation for engineering standards, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the Windows desktop and virtualization experience.
