• Role: Customer Support.
• Industry Type- BPO.
• Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
• Education Qualification- Any Graduation.
• 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Off)
• Pure dayshifts only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide information.
• Explaining about products.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

 

Eligibility Criteria: -

1. Excellent in English and also need good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam & Tamil (Any One Language)
2. Min 6 Months of experience can apply.
3. Knowledge should be in Banking Process.
4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.
5. Immediate Joiners preferred.

        No cab facility.

Interview Venue: Pravana's One Building 5th floor. Opp Irrum Manzil Metro Station.
