Job Description

As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to lead the engagement effort in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers. This includes guiding the team from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will review proposals, analyze solutions for potential risks, and identify change management requirements to propose structured approaches for managing change effectively. Additionally, you will coach and inspire the team by providing subject matter training, feedback, and recognition for high performance. Your role will involve contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver value-adding consulting solutions to customers while following organizational guidelines and processes. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, and cross-industry thought leadership. It is essential to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively. Furthermore, industry domain knowledge, familiarity with financial processes for different projects, various pricing models, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management experience are crucial for success in this position.
