Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Manage grievances and escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Resolve customer complaints by providing effective solutions, alternatives, or refunds as per company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.

Life Insurance experince is mandatory.
