Job Description

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing outstanding creative based on written briefs provided by the client servicing team. A great understanding of the IT industry and the latest trends is essential to deliver exceptional creative across various platforms effectively. Independently working on briefs for pitches and contributing to winning projects for the company will be a key aspect of your role. Your excellent knowledge of HTML/XHTML/CSS, as well as experience with Responsive HTML/CSS, will be crucial in creating innovative designs. Collaboration, encouragement, and support for junior team members are important responsibilities as a member of the team. Your role will involve bringing a fresh perspective to projects and brands while working towards creative excellence and collaborating with renowned brands on exciting projects. Challenging clients on their requirements and advising on best practices to enhance the effectiveness of their digital communications will be part of your duties. Adhering to client guidelines to produce innovative designs and providing comprehensive and accurate estimates for work are also essential tasks. Working accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines, always being budget-conscious, and maintaining a responsible and positive attitude towards projects are key attributes for success in this role. Staying updated on the latest tools, design styles, trends, and global standards is crucial to ensure high-quality output.
