Job Description

You will be responsible for CML and Segmentation of Firms, Indexing and Active Firms, Product Indexing, Product Module Briefings, Sampling-Usage-Site Count Metrics, Applicator Mapping, and Engagement Programme Areas. For CML and Segmentation of Firms, you will manage the CML shared for your territory, complete firm profiling with key questions via App, update firm profiling parameters every 6 months, ensure a proportion of profiled firms are "active", and generate a specified business amount while maintaining channel proportions. Regarding Product Indexing, you will create a firm and site level index for specified product ranges, complete company/product modules at a certain number of firms within specified time periods, and ensure completion of various product experience metrics within specific time frames. For Engagement Programme Areas, you will map and segment firms and internal stakeholders as per Engagement Program tiers, complete outlined tasks for individual stakeholders/firms under the program offerings. Additionally, you will drive a percentage of sales through Sparkle PS, complete one wall makeover & express proposition demos for focus firms, and promote app service module and Sparkle plugins at a percentage of firms in the CML, especially for Type C & D firms. Your role will involve meticulous planning, effective communication, and timely execution to achieve the desired results in each key result area.,
