Job Description
- Make 200 outbound calls daily to potential candidates for recruitment, screening, or follow-up purposes
- Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates using a structured interview script provided by the client.
- Accurately document candidate information and responses in the company's software system.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through courteous communication.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an efficient recruitment process.
- Assist in the screening of candidates, ensuring alignment with qualifications and interview guidelines.
- Support recruitment strategies to effectively match top talent with suitable job opportunities.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in an HR or recruitment role is advantageous but not required.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Job Title : Client Recruiter Associate (CRA)
Working Hours : 9 hours 30 minutes per day
Working Days : 6 days a week
Compensation : 20,000 - 25,000 (Based on skills and experience)
