Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Designing Research Studies: Developing research methodologies and strategies to gather relevant data, which may include surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
  • Data Collection: Overseeing the collection of primary and secondary data through various channels such as online surveys, telephone interviews, and industry reports.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing gathered data using statistical techniques and software to extract meaningful insights and trends. This could involve segmentation analysis, regression analysis, and other statistical methods.
  • Market Assessment: Evaluating market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting: Presenting research findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations. Communicating complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Recommendations: Providing actionable recommendations based on research findings to support decision- making processes within the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and sales to align research efforts with business objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of industry trends, new research methodologies, and emerging technologies to improve research practices and methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

0-1 years work experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in market research (e.g., Market Research Society, Insights Association) is a plus.
