Job description:
Benzeen Pvt Ltd is looking for a Voice Sales Agent with strong experience in the U.S. market, who can handle both sales and support queries from business and retail customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a result-driven mindset to drive conversions through calls, chats, and emails.

Role & responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to U.S. customers and respond to inbound queries across calls, chats, and emails.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Answer customer questions related to auto parts, pricing, availability, and the purchase process.
- Maximize sales performance by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products/services.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments like finance, inventory, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively, while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile:
- P.A.R.T.S. ( Proactive, Ambitious, Responsible, Team Player, and Sincere )
- Must have a strong command of English
- Basic knowledge of Cars and Auto Parts is a plus
- Must have an American Communication accent
- Must have good knowledge of Computers
- Must be ready for the Night Shift
- Must have Strong multitasking skills
