Location: Bangalore. Job Description:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, understanding their business and staffing needs.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
Manage and track job orders, coordinate interviews, and establish feedback loops.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell staffing services within existing accounts.
Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Maintain documentation of client interactions and maintain accurate account information.
Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, HR, legal, payroll) to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
Meet or exceed account growth targets and client satisfaction KPIs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas.
