Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco FTD (Firepower Threat Defense) and FMC (Firepower Management Center).
- Deploy and maintain Cisco security devices including ASA firewalls, ISE, IPS/IDS, and VPN solutions.
- Perform regular policy tuning, rule optimization, and signature updates for threat prevention.
- Analyze and respond to security incidents, alerts, and logs from Cisco and other security platforms.
- Participate in network security audits, assessments, and compliance checks.
- Work closely with the network operations and project teams to implement secure network architectures.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide L2 level support for security infrastructure and resolve escalated incidents.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco FTD & FMC.
- Proficiency in managing Cisco ASA, VPNs, ACLs, and Routing Protocols.
- Working knowledge of Cisco ISE, Umbrella is a plus.
- Familiar with SIEM tools, packet analysis, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
