Job Description

Title: Senior Executive/A.M - HRBP

Location: New Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
  • Support managers with performance feedback, coaching conversations, and development planning.
  • Analyze performance trends and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.

HRIS & Reporting:

  • Maintain and administer the HRIS (e.g. Zoho, SAP) with high accuracy.
  • Generate and interpret HR reports related to headcount, attrition, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for troubleshooting, upgrades, and process improvements.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback programs, and cultural events.
  • Analyze engagement data to identify trends and partner with leadership on action planning.
  • Foster a positive work environment that reflects company values and promotes inclusion and well-being.

Business Partnering:

  • Work closely with department heads and managers to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Advise on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, helping to build strong and effective teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and strong HR data/reporting skills.
  • Proven experience in performance management and driving engagement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills.
