Job Description
Primary role:
Odessas Platform Team is looking for a Program Manager, to become an integral part of platform team to own/drive technical programs. Reporting to senior Program Management leadership, you will drive direction and execution of cross-functional programs.
This involves (not limited to) reimagining and defining ways to drive customer excellence and platform development methodologies.
What you'll do:
Lead Program definition, planning and execution of assigned programs, ensuring KPIs are defined/monitored, and business objectives are achieved.
Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, direction and execute the programs.
Responsible for tracking schedule and deliverables to ensure delivery on time with high quality.
Proactively clear impediments, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and work with relevant teams to address them.
Provide visibility to management around status of deliverables, highlighting risks and
needs for intervention.
Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to enable continuous learning and improvement.
Technical problem solver on the team, diagnose project hotspots and resolve issues through consensus and leveraging technical acumen.
Develop a deep understanding of project needs and guide/motivate the team to accomplish tactical goals while retaining strategic focus.
Own and manage Product releases, status reporting, dashboards, and executive reviews
Contribute to establishing program management practices, standards, and metrics.
Plan, monitor and track project budget and financial metrics.
Job Requirement
Basic qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in program management leading complex technology programs and overall experience of 12-15 years in Software development.
Proven track record of successfully managing and driving cross-functional projects from conception to execution, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Previous experience in working with executive leadership to communicate Program status, risk and mitigation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
High degree of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Understanding of Agile implementation standards and methodology
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
Bachelors or masters degree in science, computer science, economics, accounting, business administration
