1. Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Summary:
Leads full-cycle recruitment for business-critical roles while supporting campus recruitment and ensuring quality-of-hire and TAT targets. Acts as the internal anchor for sourcing strategy and TA effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior/critical roles
Maintain talent pool of 50+ per key function
Ensure 80%+ probation success by tracking hiring quality
Collaborate with legal for documentation, Digio signing, and BGV
Maintain TAT of 75 days for closures
Mentor HR executives on sourcing strategy, job market trends
Campus Hiring Responsibilities:
Plan annual calendar, liaise with TPOs
Conduct pre-placement talks, shortlist coordination, and interview logistics
Track status till onboarding
Daily KPIs:
5 profiles/day, 56 closures/month
Own 100% closure of assigned roles (lateral + campus)
Escalation To: Assistant Manager HR or HR Head (Abith)
OKR Linkage: Objective 1 (Recruitment), 2 (Probation), 3 (Compliance), 6 (Branding)
