Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of the establishment, ensuring customers have a positive and satisfying experience. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their careers in the food and hospitality industry. You will be trained to assist in various functions including customer service, food preparation, table service, cleanliness, and teamwork.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, assisting in basic food preparation, and serving food and beverages. You will help maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas and support the team in daily operations. This role involves working closely with other staff and learning key soft skills like communication, teamwork, and time management during a 7-day orientation. No prior experience is required freshers are welcome.
