Job Description

The Assistant Manager position at Apparels based in Karnataka, India requires a professional with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/ CA Inter qualification. As an Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include handling agreements, SOP, and automation processes. This involves preparing and circulating new agreements, modifying existing agreements, creating SOPs for smooth operations, and developing automation for enhanced controls in the franchisee portal. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with malls/landlords, managing franchisee relationships, monitoring store activities, ensuring compliance with policies and processes, analyzing store profitability, overseeing new store openings, and managing store closures to prevent financial losses. Additionally, you will be required to approve expenses for repairs and maintenance, reconcile franchisee accounts, ensure legal compliance at stores, conduct regular store visits, facilitate smooth store operations with commercial and legal support, manage commission bookings and data flow, and collaborate with the accounts team for monthly book closing activities. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience and an undergraduate degree. You will report to the Assistant Manager and work towards achieving the organization's goals while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.,
