Job Description

    As the Sales Leader for Eternia Organization, your primary responsibility is to lead and drive the sales function. You will be tasked with creating a demand generation footprint for the sales department of the Eternia startup. This involves establishing a network of influencers such as Architects, PMCs, and Faade Consultants to enhance the brand pull for Eternia's range of Aluminum Door/Window systems. Your role requires you to devise and execute sales strategies tailored to product and market requirements, focusing on accelerating revenue returns and growth while maintaining a positive bottom line pricing strategy. Your key result areas and accountabilities include: - Driving new orders through channel partners to meet and exceed target plans - Achieving billing targets as per the established plan - Conducting regular meetings with new and existing influencers to build sustainable business relationships - Collaborating with fabricators to develop a dealer network, provide necessary training, and support production activities - Conducting quality audits at fabricators" facilities to ensure product quality standards are met - Monitoring service delivery at various sites, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Leading below-the-line (BTL) activities in the assigned area in collaboration with channel partners to enhance brand awareness - Providing and overseeing training programs for channel partners and their teams - Willingness to travel and manage operations in various locations within the Rajasthan Region, with a background in windows industry being essential. Overall, your role as the Sales Leader at Eternia involves driving sales growth, establishing strong partnerships with influencers and channel partners, ensuring product quality and service excellence, and expanding the brand's presence in the market.,
