Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring budgeted capacitation at branches and achieving business targets assigned for the area through collaboration with the Cluster Manager to meet the functional goals. Your role will involve driving the implementation of agency initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity across the assigned clusters. Additionally, you will be required to provide Training and Development for the Sales Force in the assigned territory to enhance skill development. Maintaining relationships with the top advisors of the branches/area to enhance motivation levels will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Monitoring attrition and renewal rates to achieve business health for the area is also a key aspect of this role. You will need to ensure that all business activities are conducted in an ethical manner, ensuring that customer and organizational objectives are met. Identifying business opportunities through market intelligence and penetrating underdeveloped markets to enhance distribution reach and profitability for the assigned territory will be crucial for success in this position. Collaboration with other departments to maintain harmony and ensure smooth functioning for better productivity of the area and the organization as a whole will be required. Furthermore, team development will be an integral part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-10 years of experience and hold a Graduate qualification.,
