Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to assist in the development and achievement of the Long-term Operating Plan for the entire organization. This involves consolidating key assumptions, initiatives, and sensitivities to ensure financial viability and commercial success. You will collaborate with other work stream owners to evaluate proposals and participate in commercial negotiations and contract structuring. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing MIS and providing value-added analysis to identify exceptions on key business drivers. Your key responsibilities will include consolidating Plan modules, reviewing actuarial assumptions, finalizing sensitivities, and conducting what-if analyses for top management decisions. You will also support corporate finance initiatives, analyze financial statements, validate reward programs, and partner with Channel Heads to achieve sales targets aligned with organizational goals. In order to formulate and monitor the Annual Operating Plan, you will work closely with Functional Heads and CXOs across all sales channels and corporate functions. This will involve building a robust Financial Model, measuring performance against defined initiatives, negotiating budgets with channels, and tracking progress to ensure objectives are met. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience and hold a degree.,
