Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees. You will build effective relationships with associates, peers, and supervisors to develop a high-performing team. Analyzing reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive results will be a critical part of your role. Directly supervising the business to ensure and maintain high-quality standards will also be one of your key responsibilities. Consistently assessing and providing ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members is essential for success in this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum high school education or equivalent. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of retail or equivalent management experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also necessary for effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this position.,
