Main Roles:
Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess communication and soft skills.
Coordinate with trainers and placement teams to align candidates skillsets with hiring needs.
Schedule and follow up on client interviews with BPO/voice process companies.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and HR contacts from partner companies.
Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and college outreach programs.
