We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Lead to drive our talent acquisition efforts and lead a high-performing team of recruiters. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for key positions, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Head to ensure hiring strategies align with evolving business goals
Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, leveraging passive candidate engagement, advanced Boolean search techniques, and talent mapping
Liaise with placement agencies and negotiate terms to assist with recruitment needs
Represent the company at job fairs, build partnerships with HR professionals, colleges, and placement cells, and conduct campus hiring drives and interviews in local colleges/universities as needed
Conduct detailed kick-off meetings and debrief sessions with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements, expectations, and candidate feedback, and collaborate with them to refine job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteria
Lead, mentor, and support a small to medium-sized team of recruiters to deliver hiring outcomes effectively and efficiently
Assist in defining and refining internal processes and documentation related to the recruitment lifecycle, and continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with the HR team and PR/Marketing to align employer branding efforts with recruitment messaging and candidate experience
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, LD, Department Heads) to ensure smooth onboarding and talent integration
Establish connections and promote opportunities to prospective candidates while representing company culture and values
Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health), identify trends or bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven solutions to improve performance
Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS and ensure accurate candidate pipeline reporting, while ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and tracking of candidate status is timely and accurate
Foster a positive candidate experience and uphold employer branding in all hiring activities
Stay informed about market trends and share relevant insights with the team
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles in a technology or services-based environment
Experience in sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and social media platforms
Experience in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
Experience in creating recruitment reports and analyzing hiring metrics
Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance best practices

Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
