Job Description

The Senior Data Solution Analyst will work within the Data & Analytics Office in Mumbai/ Thane to implement cutting-edge data solutions that align with business requirements. As part of the Data Management practices, you will be responsible for designing and building data pipelines for Data Lake and Cloud solutions. Your role will involve demonstrating a strong understanding of data management practices, data quality, and new generation technology stacks. You will also participate in data mart design and optimization exercises, design ETL data pipelines, and collaborate with business stakeholders to address data concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong understanding of data management practices, data quality, and new generation technology stacks - Participate in data mart design and optimization exercises - Design and implement ETL data pipelines and monitoring mechanisms - Analyze data concerns and collaborate with business stakeholders to address issues - Build Data mart solutions along with the team and bring data expertise to the Data Analytics office - Possess a minimum of 8 to 14 years of experience in Data Management within the Banking domain Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 2-5 developers - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the technology stack - Possess techno-functional knowledge and delivery leadership qualities Key Success Metrics: - Successfully implement Data Solution and Management framework across business lines (Retail Banking / Cards Domain) - Deliver business problem-solving data solutions,
