- Job Title- AEM Developer - Support Location-Pan India Job Title: AEM Developer - Support Project Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer to join our support team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining Adobe Experience Manager platform, ensuring its stability, performance, scalability and looking for ways to improve the system reliability. This role involves troubleshooting, providing technical support, and implementing enhancements to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Platform Maintenance: Ensure the AEM platform is running smoothly by actioning on alerts received & by retrieving information from the logs periodically. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues related to AEM components, templates, and workflows. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Documentation: Maintain documentation of new findings while troubleshooting & any missing documentation. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams. Availability/working in shifts: Candidate should be working in shifts, expected to work 2 weeks in night shift per month. On-call shifts would be there. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a support or development role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AEM components, templates, and workflows. Troubleshooting of the issues. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Team Management: Prior experience of managing and leading team with 3+ people. Additional skills: Front-End Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks is advantageous. Shift Timing: 1. General: 11 Am To 8Pm 2. Night: 7:30Pm To 4:30 AM On Call Hours: 1.
