Job Description

    As a Market Research Analyst at our Digital Enterprise (DE) division's Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE) in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research using surveys, interviews, and data analysis tools. Your primary tasks will include gathering data on consumers, competitors, and market trends, interpreting these trends to derive actionable insights, and designing surveys to uncover prospective customers" preferences. With an educational background in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent and 3-7 years of work experience, you will be expected to analyze statistical data to identify market trends and consumer demographics independently. Your role will require you to assess strategies, evaluate competition, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and working with software engineers to integrate AI/ML and Generative AI models into production systems will be essential aspects of your job. Additionally, you should have experience working in Agile environments and be proficient in using project tracking tools like JIRA or equivalent. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate working experience as a Market Research Analyst and possess knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and product research. Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications is crucial. Familiarity with statistical technologies such as MATLAB, Python, and hands-on experience with statistical analysis and packages are also preferred. Your outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills will be key in conveying complex financial insights clearly, along with strong collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
