Job Description

As an Automation/Test Lead at our organization, you will be responsible for understanding and communicating the scope of testing required to meet project needs and desired business capabilities. You will play a key role in creating and reviewing test plans, managing post-design scope changes, and resolving issues throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your advanced understanding of various testing techniques will enable you to apply them effectively in the context of the project or environment being tested. One of your key responsibilities will be to plan and execute Integration testing with 3rd party systems. You will also be involved in both manual and automated testing of Web Solutions software releases, developing and maintaining standard QA and Test documents to ensure they are an integral part of the delivery methodology. Understanding the system architecture, release, and environment management will be crucial, as you contribute towards quality initiatives and process improvements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of software testing experience across all phases of a software testing cycle, with a minimum of 3 years of automation experience. Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment using Rapid software testing techniques is essential. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in API Testing using Postman and a general knowledge of test automation framework and tools such as Selenium, UI Path, etc. A good understanding of databases and SQL knowledge is highly desired, along with experience in building automation frameworks. Previous experience in testing SAP solutions would be a plus. Possessing advanced testing or Agile certifications like ISTQB, CSM, CST would be advantageous. Familiarity with tools like Jenkins and Git would also be beneficial for this role.
