Job Description
- You will be part of a dynamic team as an Employment and Income Verification Specialist. Your main responsibility will involve verifying employment and income details for orders received from our US mortgage client. This role will require you to contact employers via phone calls and emails to validate the information provided. Your key responsibilities will include processing verification orders received from customers, conducting different types of verifications, cross-validating employer contact information, manually confirming verifications, coordinating with third-party verification agents when necessary, and maintaining clear communication with employers and clients throughout the process. In addition to your verification tasks, you will also be handling international voice processes. This will involve making outbound calls, attending callbacks, following communication scripts, providing prompt solutions to customer queries, and maintaining detailed records of conversations. To excel in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in using email, phone, and fax for professional communication, the ability to work independently and manage multiple verification orders simultaneously, excellent organizational and time management skills, and flexibility to work during different time zones. Overall, you will need to be proactive, quick on your feet, and possess the ability to handle complex problems independently while referring to the Supervisor or Line Manager when necessary.,
