Job Description
- We are searching for a junior/senior solidity engineer to develop scalable software solutions. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team responsible for the complete software development life cycle, from inception to deployment. As a solidity engineer, you should be proficient in both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Additionally, being a team player with an eye for visual design and utility is essential. Our focus is on Web3, Gaming, and Tamogotchi. We create desktop companions that eat, sleep, and play. Leveraging the utility of NFTs, the GameFi business model, and a browser extension's simplicity, we aim to establish digital life that encourages genuine virtual companionship. This digital life is embodied in a small digital pet on your screen that you will grow fond of. Beyond being a browser extension, we are taking the first steps towards animating the Metaverse. By infusing compassion, we envision the Metaverse evolving from a mundane space for advertisements and work to a realm of immersive experiences. Our mission is to introduce companionship to the Metaverse, bridging the gap between reality and the virtual world. Situated in Singapore, we are a remote-friendly company that offers opportunities for both off-site and on-site work. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the product development process. - Identify and promote team-wide enhancements and best practices. - Design, develop, and deliver blockchain-based products and features for our digital assets. - Create scalable and secure applications, UI, and features. - Identify and troubleshoot root causes and critical issues. - Support other developers, product owners, and enhance team efficiencies. - Track and document improvements and ensure timely execution. **Requirements:** - Experience in building backend systems using Solidity, JS/Node.js, Golang, Python, React, Java, or similar languages. - Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and MongoDB. - Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery. - Experience in web application development, particularly in Chrome Extension development. - Familiarity with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets. - Experience with Polygon and EVM chains like Binance Smart Chain & Ethereum. - Understanding of financial systems. - BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or related fields. - Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing software. - Enthusiasm for blockchain and crypto with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. **Mission:** We are crafting the next generation of virtual companions and seek pioneers willing to challenge themselves to redefine digital life through lovable companions.
