Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ruby developer to take on the responsibility of constructing Ruby applications, ranging from intricate back-end microservices to command line utilities and data processing scripts. Your main duty will be to craft and enhance these applications while collaborating with the team working on various layers of the infrastructure. It is crucial to exhibit a dedication to cooperative problem-solving, refined design, and the creation of high-quality products. Key Skills: - Proficient understanding of Ruby syntax and its subtleties - Strong grasp of object-oriented programming - Familiarity with functional programming techniques in Ruby - Ability to develop reusable Ruby libraries for versatile applications - Knowledge of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful concepts - Experience with web application frameworks like Rails, Lotus, etc., as per project demands - Understanding of command-suite libraries such as Thor and GLI, based on project needs - Proficiency in crafting clean and readable Ruby code - Hands-on experience with both external and embedded databases - Understanding of core design principles for scalable applications - Capable of designing database schemas that align with and bolster business operations - Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests - Proficient use of code versioning tools like Git, Mercurial, or SVN - Familiarity with development assisting tools such as Bower, Bundler, Rake, etc. - Knowledge of continuous integration practices If you possess the above skills and are passionate about Ruby development, we invite you to join our team and contribute to building innovative solutions.,
