Job Description
- As a key member of the HR team at the Aditya Birla Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of the Jewellery Business in India. With a focus on expanding the Retail Footprint and capitalizing on the trust and synergy built in luxury retail, you will be instrumental in driving the recruitment and HR functions to ensure a seamless and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to scheduling interviews, as well as supporting employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes. You will be a point of contact for employee queries, providing support on HR policies and procedures, and conducting employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies will be a key aspect of your role, along with supporting performance appraisal processes and maintaining accurate employee records. You will also be responsible for coordinating with external vendors for off-roll staff and HR services, as well as organizing employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and capabilities. Collaboration with department heads to address HR-related issues and improve organizational effectiveness will be essential, along with managing the exit process and adhering to turnaround time expectations. Your attention to detail in maintaining employee records in the HRIS system and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations will contribute to the overall success of the Jewellery Business.
